Here's How It Works

We will supply a link to the Zoom Video Conference call to those who register to attend. Each call will start with a moderator greeting participants to get the ball rolling. The call is open to anyone wishing to attend. It's that simple!

Simple rules make for smooth calls where everyone is heard. Here are a few:
  1. Keep yourself muted (lower left hand microphone icon) to keep background noise to a minimum
  2. Raise a hand to signal others that you would like to contribute
  3. Unmute yourself when you are ready to speak by clicking on the icon
  4. Speak clearly and respectfully at all times
  5. Share personal items, contact info, and other private things on the chat space provided
