Vendor tables are available for rental throughout the conference in a room located close to all events, ensuring wide exposure. In keeping with the grassroots feel of the conference, space is modest and so are the prices! There are 20 tables total, each table measuring 5', and they may be shared.

Set up and take down may occur at any time. We recommend setting up your table prior to 5 pm on Friday if possible.
The vendor room is centrally located in the conference area, so you will have easy access to your table during breaks. The area is locked at night after conference hours and reopened prior to conference starting.
Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to the conference start and must be marked with the responsible party's name, group name, plus "Hold for Arrival Date of..."
Handling charges apply: Boxes, packages, or display cases $5.00 per item; $50.00 per pallet.
Delivery to room: There is a $3.00 handling charge per small box, basket, bag or other item.
Payment for your table may be made by check or PayPal donation online, with a note indicating what the donation is for, once your table assignment is confirmed by the Vendor Coordinator.
